Matt handles a variety of civil cases, both jury and non-jury, in state and federal courts. He has tried cases involving issues that range from construction disputes to fraudulent transfers of business assets, to breach of real estate agreements, and landlord tenant disputes. He represents architects, owners, and contractors from contract negotiations through arbitration or litigation. He also has extensive experience in all types of business contract disputes and real estate litigation. Matt was on the basketball team at the University of Notre Dame, and spends his free time with his wife and two daughters, running, and fly fishing.
