Becca's experience includes all manner of transactional real estate law, with a particular emphasis on complex transactions involving the financing, development and management of commercial, residential and mixed-use real estate projects. These projects often involved many layers of financing, such as low income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, tax-exempt bonds, HUD financing, HOME and CDBG funds, Section 8 rental assistance, state and local programs, property tax exemptions, and community land trusts. She has developed broad experience in acquisitions and due diligence, joint ventures, equity financing, debt financing, construction, leasing and operations involving multifamily, mixed-use, retail, office and industrial projects in many states. She has also advised clients in all aspects of condominium and subdivision law including the negotiation and drafting of all documentation required for the formation of condominiums, mixed-use project and planned unit developments.

Becca now utilizes that experience as a member of the "loan team" at JBSL, representing lenders who originate loans under the Fannie Mae DUS and Freddie Mac multifamily loan programs throughout the country.

Before joining JBSL, Becca was an associate at Hirschen Singer & Epstein in New York, NY (2007-2013) and Stoel Rives LLP in Seattle, WA (2013-2017).
