I have handled a wide variety of civil litigation in state and federal courts, including commercial real estate, environmental condemnation, land use, construction, residential lending, Consumer Protection Act, employment, minority shareholder, copyright and trademark, and more. I am experienced in all aspects of trial work, arbitrations, and mediations.

I represent a variety of clients from large public corporations to small family businesses and individuals, including Diamond Parking, American Tower Corporation, First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, United Systems Inc., Smart Homes, and more.

I was fortunate enough to be a walk-on on the University of Notre Dame basketball team from 1990 to 1993. I enjoy spending my free time with my wife and two daughters, landscaping and gardening, and playing golf.
