Matt handles a wide variety of civil cases, both jury and non-jury, in state and federal courts.  He has tried cases involving issues that range from fraudulent transers of business assets, to breach of real estate agreements, to construction disputes.  He has experience in litigation relating to real estate, including landlord-tenant, covenants, easements, HOA's, construction, environmental, land use and eminent domain, as well as copyright and trademark litigation, business contract disputes, employment disputes, creditors' rights in bankruptcy, and more.  Matt is also experienced in handling appeals.  Matt was on the basketball team at the University of Notre Dame, and spends his free time with his wife and two daughters, running, including marathons, and learning Chinese.
