Henry Jameson is a trial lawyer.  He handles a wide variety of civil cases, both jury and non-jury, in state and federal courts.  He has tried cases involving issues that range from recovery of insurance proceeds for a professional athlete (Bosworth v. Underwriters at Lloyds) to valuation of a publicly traded corporation for a Wall Street investor (Pacific Telecom v. Gabelli Funds) to breach of fiduciary duty caused by a trustee's imprudent investments (Ingram v. Seattle First National Bank).  He is experienced in construction law and has represented contractors, owners and architects in numerous arbitration hearings.  He also serves frequently as a mediator and arbitrator.  He has mediated cases throughout the State of Washington and in Oregon, Alaska and Vancouver, B.C.  He is listed in Best Lawyers in America, and has been as one of the areas' top lawyers in Seattle Magazine (2001), Washington CEO (2006) and Washington Law and Politics (1999-2006).
