Erika Baurecht has spent the past 15 years in corporate and private practice representing real estate developers, landlords, tenants, restaurant owners, construction companies, large corporations, banking institutions, and public entities in a wide variety of commercial real estate and financing matters. Her primary focus has been in the areas of construction transactions, commercial leasing, the purchase, sale and development of commercial real estate, condominium conversions, project financing and loan workouts, with a complementary focus on corporate restructurings and all aspects of general corporate law.

Ms. Baurecht is currently the Board President of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Seattle & Sound. She is a native of New Mexico and has practiced law in Wisconsin, California and Washington.
