Erika Baurecht has spent the past 10 years in corporate and private practice representing public entities, construction companies, real estate developers, large corporations and banking institutions. Her primary focus has been in the areas of construction transactions, the purchase, sale and development of commercial real estate, commercial leasing, condominium conversions, project financing and security transactions, with a complementary focus on corporate restructurings and all aspects of general corporate law.

Ms. Baurecht is a native of New Mexico and has practiced law in Wisconsin, California and Washington.
