Debbie has more than 20 years of legal experience in commercial real estate. She is a member of the firm and leads the "loan team" at JBSL. The loan team prides itself on being experienced, effective, responsive and efficient. To this end Debbie has extensive experience representing a number of lenders who originate loans under the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily loan programs. Specifically, she has served as lender counsel on the origination of Fannie Mae conventional loans, Fannie Mae affordable loans, Freddie Mac conventional Loans, Freddie Mac affordable loans, supplemental loans, ARM loans, SARM loans, Arm loan conversions, tax exempt bond credit enhancements, taxable tails, small loans, assumptions, Choice Refinance, Manufactured Housing, Seniors Housing, fractured condominiums and reverse exchanges. She has closed hundreds of multifamily agency loans and has experience in all aspects of the loan process from the legal due diligence to loan document negotiation and documentation to the closing and delivery of the loans. Debbie participates in the Fannie Mae Legal Form and is a member of the Freddie Mac Legal Advisory Council.
